Congratulations to Keith W. Bentley, who is among a select group of fine artists, choreographers, dancers, poets and musicians awarded grants by the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC). This grant acknowledges outstanding work of exceptional quality within a range of disciplines, and are awarded to advance recipients’ artistic careers.
