Finding inspiration in the transcendental beauty of both natural and complexly developed landscapes, photographer Neil Dankoff has set himself the difficult task of capturing the immersive sentiment that one only encounters when in that physical space. Dankoff has developed a technical process of seamlessly stitching together multiple digital photographs as a means of recreating the landscape as it is experienced. The result is uniquely evocative as the viewer is transported to these spectacular vistas. The intensity of the colours in Dankoff’s images and the sweeping horizons awaken elements of the sublime. Dankoff has travelled extensively for this photography, including trips to the French Polynesian Islands, Italy, Israel, Switzerland, South Africa, and Namibia.
